Al Massa Bader Hotel - Mecca

During my recent pilgrimage, I stayed at this hotel for several days, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is superb, only a short 7-8 minute walk to Haram, making it convenient. The staff, particularly Mohammad and Amr, provided really good service, always polite and attentive. The large sitting area offered a nice place to relax, and the view of the clock tower from my window was a good bonus. The room was spacious and clean, and room service was prompt and reliable.

Tidy, low cost hotel, I really enjoyed neat rooms and cooperative staff. Its location was good, in the middle of jackson. There was cafe Starbucks, that I found within 15 minutes' walk of the property. The stay was good❤

We had a pleasant stay at al massa. it’s conveniently located just a short walk from the sacred mosque. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially mr turkey, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. in addition, the rooms were kept clean, and we appreciated the timely room service to bring fresh towels and toiletries. overall, the hospitality we experienced was a highlight of our trip.

The location was convenient, just a 15-minute walk from Masjid al-Haram, making family outings easy. the reception staff's behavior was less than ideal, and I hope management addresses this. Despite the occasional elevator wait during peak times, Fahad and Amr from Housekeeping were friendly and attentive, enhancing our stay. the hotel showed great potential, but improvements in staff conduct would make a significant difference.

The location is great, situated on Ibrahim Khaleel road, not too far from Al-Haram, making it convenient for visits. I was especially impressed by Turki, who made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The hotel has a good number of lifts to manage the crowd, and the room service was great. Amr from the room cleaning service stood out with his cooperation and manners; he deserves recognition for his efforts.

I just wished for a smoother experience, but this really made things frustrating.

The housekeeping staff, especially Amr, were helpful, providing us with a bucket to wash our clothes since the hotel lacked a washing machine.

One major downside was that taxis could not drop you directly at the hotel due to road closures, requiring a walk from a nearby drop-off point.
